1. Scope and Acceptance
1.1. This Policy applies to all purchases made from XYNOA.
1.2. By purchasing any product or service from us, you agree to this Policy in its entirety.
2. No Returns
2.1. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the purchase is completed.
2.2. Exception — Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 30 days of receipt with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement if the item is confirmed defective or damaged.
3. No Refunds
3.1. We do not provide monetary refunds for any products or services once the purchase has been completed.
3.2. Defective or Damaged Items: If you are eligible for a replacement under Section 2.2, we may replace the item or issue store credit at our discretion.
4. Order Cancellation
4.1. Orders generally cannot be canceled once placed. If you believe you made an error, please email contact@xynoa.com immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellation, but will attempt to accommodate requests when possible.
5. Digital Products and Services
5.1. Due to the nature of digital products and services (e.g., downloadable software, e-books, online courses, etc.), all sales are final upon completion of purchase.
5.2. If technical issues prevent access to your digital product, we will make every effort to resolve the issue, but this does not constitute grounds for a refund.
6. Consumer Rights & Local Laws
6.1. This Policy does not supersede any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
6.2. Should any part of this Policy conflict with local law, the conflicting portion will be considered invalid, but the rest of the Policy remains in effect.

7.1. We plan to revise or update this Policy on 01/01/2026. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated version will be effective as of the stated date.
7.2. By continuing to use or purchase from our website after this scheduled update, you agree to the revised terms.
